Bainbridge Subdivsion was developed by the Brighton Corporation, which also developed high-end subdivisions like Century Farm, Homestead, and Cartwright Ranch. Bainbridge contains 390 homesites as well as 22 community green spaces, and a private pool, and will also contain an elementary school on the southwest side of the subdivision.
