Legacy was developed in 2008 as a lifestyle community featuring celebrities like Mia Hamm, Mark Spitz, Jack Nicklaus, Jim Courier, Brandi Chastain, and Julie Foudy. See the video for the story. Unfortunately, the original vision of this community was developed as the local real estate market was unraveling and was eventually purchased by a local developer who continued the theme of a lifestyle community with amazing amenities.
