Ashbury is located in Eagle at the NW corner of Chinden and Meridian Rd. Turning onto Temple Drive from North Meridian Road will take you into the subdivision. Ashbury was developed by Brighton Corporation and features patio homes, ranch-style homes, as well as estate homes on 1 acre lots. The developers were very careful in their planning to include plenty of green space. Every lot backs up to common areas with grass and trees.

Ashbury has a centrally-located community pool and a park with a playground and open grass fields with trees. If you’re looking for fun outside the community, check out Eagle Island State Park, which is bordered on 2 sides by the Boise River. There are also nearly a dozen other parks within a 15-minute drive. Ashbury is also just 15 minutes north of the Village at Meridian, which is a hub in the Treasure Valley for shopping, dining, movies, and entertainment.

Downtown Meridian is less than a 15-minute drive away on Meridian Road. In downtown Meridian, you will find plenty of places to eat and grab a drink, as well as parks and entertainment venues such as bowling and the Meridian Speedway. Interstate 84 is another 5 minutes south and can take you to Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell. From Ashbury, Downtown Boise is less than 30 minutes east on Chinden Boulevard.
