Meridian, Idaho Building Lots for Sale

Meridian has grown from a small suburb city into a large city in its own right, and has garnered a reputation of affordability thanks to newer, lower median-priced homes. There aren't many communities with building lots for sale as the majority of communities have dedicated building teams or the subdivision is owned by one builder that releases homes for sale after they are already built. There are, however, a number of semi-custom builders in communities that will let you personalize any of their floorplans and select finishes. We are looking at Meridian south of Interstate-84 as the next place to see more building lots come available as Meridian expands.
