Lexington Hills is a quiet subdivision that enjoys the established security of the older part of Eagle. It is also conveniently located next to major roads like Floating Feather Road, Highway 55, Edgewood Lane, and Hill Road to make shopping, commuting, and taking the kids to school easy. Eagle has a variety of dining options to choose from in its small, but modern downtown area. Driving for less than 25 minutes east on State Street will take you to downtown Boise, where there is plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Lexington Hills is close to many outdoor activities. Across Floating Feather Road is Eagle Hills Golf Course. A few minutes north and you will be able to hike and bike in the Foothills. A mile to the east is the Eagle Bike Park, which provides a number of bike paths that are accessible to all ages and experience levels. Just up Highway 55 from Eagle Bike Park is the unique Shadow Valley Golf Course. On the south side of downtown Eagle is Eagle Island State Park and the Boise River.
