CreekWater is less than 10 minutes away from downtown Eagle, which has a variety of dining options. In the summer, Heritage Park in downtown hosts free concerts. Further south on Eagle Road is The Village at Meridian, which offers more than 50 dining and retail options as well as a movie theater, a 58-acre park, and an ice skating rink in the winter.

CreekWater is close to many outdoor recreation opportunities. Eagle Island State Park and the Boise River are just minutes south of the subdivision. Within a 15 minute drive are multiple city parks, three public golf courses, Eagle Bike Park, and the Eagle Sports Complex. In addition, the nearby Ridge to Rivers Trail System in the foothills and Boise Greenbelt provide miles of walking and biking trails that are free to use.

RV garages are allowed. CC&R’s provide broad guidelines for the community. However, the ACC requires that new homes meet certain size, quality, and aesthetic conditions in addition to the basic requirements stated in the CC&R’s.
